When you work with us, we may collect:

  • Contact information (like your name, email address, phone number) when you reach out to schedule a consultation.

  • Personal health information, only if you choose to share it during a consultation to help us support you through your situation.
    • “Personal health information” includes details about physical or mental health, health history, or care plans

We only collect information that is necessary to provide meaningful support and that you voluntarily share.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information may be used to:

  • Communicate with you about your support requests or appointments.

  • Provide the consultations and conversations you ask for.

  • Prepare summaries or follow-up notes only if you expressly consent.

We do not use or disclose your personal health information for any purpose that you have not agreed to, except if required or permitted by law.

Under PHIPA, consent may be express or implied depending on the situation, but whenever your personal health information is shared outside of your direct care context, we will seek your express consent.

  • In very limited circumstances outlined by PHIPA.
